In what situations is Aparta not a good fit?

Aparta is best suited for those who plan to either buy back the share of their home or sell the property before the end of the agreement period. Aparta is less suitable if you:

  • Plan to sell the home in the short term, for example within a couple of years. The solution is designed for those who want to stay in their home over time.

  • Have a high level of debt and low equity. We only invest in homes where the owner has sufficient equity.

  • Plan to keep the home after the agreement period ends, but do not intend to buy back Aparta’s share. Our model requires that you either buy back our share or sell the property when the agreement ends.
