What is Aparta?

Aparta is a flexible co-ownership solution that allows you to either sell a share of your home or purchase a home together with us. By selling a share of your home to Aparta, you gain access the value in your property without taking on a loan or selling the entire home. If you purchase a home together with Aparta, we contribute with a share of the purchase price, and you buy the rest. In both cases, you keep the right to use the entire home, including Aparta’s share, throughout the agreement period.
